Payment Options
Deadline to submit your Payment Election: January 21, 2027
Before You Begin
To receive a Class Payment, you must choose one of the payment methods below and submit your Payment Election with the required information by January 21, 2027. If you do not make an election, you will not receive a Class Payment.
Payments are sent only after the Court grants final approval of the settlement. All Class Members who receive a Class Payment receive the same amount; your choice of method does not change the amount.
Payment methods are subject to confirmation by the Settlement Administrator and the payment processor. If a method cannot be used in your circumstances, the Settlement Administrator will let you know.
Choose One of Three Payment Methods
Electronic Payment
PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle — choose the one service you want to be paid through.
ACH Transfer
A direct transfer to your bank account.
Physical Check
A paper check mailed to the address you provide.
Option A: Electronic Payment (PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle)
What it involves: Your Class Payment is sent to your account with the service you choose. PayPal, Venmo, and Zelle are separate choices; pick only one.
Information you must provide:
- The email address connected to your account with that service.
- The telephone number connected to your account with that service.
Things to check: Make sure the email address and telephone number match an active account in your name with the service you choose. A typing mistake can delay your payment. The exact identifier each service needs is confirmed in the online form.
Option B: ACH Transfer
What it involves: Your Class Payment is deposited directly into your bank account.
Information you must provide:
- Routing number (9 digits).
- Account number.
- Account holder name.
Things to check: Copy your routing and account numbers carefully from your bank. Your information is used only to administer the settlement and is not shown in full on confirmation screens or emails.
Option C: Physical Check
What it involves: The Settlement Administrator mails a check to the address you provide. That address will be used to deliver your Class Payment.
Information you must provide:
- Street address (with apartment, suite, or unit number, if any).
- City.
- State.
- ZIP code.
Things to know: Your check will show the date when it expires (the “void date”). Checks are valid for 180 days after they are issued. If you don’t cash your check by the void date, it will be cancelled and the money will be paid to a non-profit organization authorized by the Court. If you move, notify the Settlement Administrator as soon as possible. If you lose your check, contact the Settlement Administrator before the void date to request a replacement.

Payment Questions
Do I have to submit a Payment Election to get paid?
Yes. If you do not inform the Settlement Administrator that you wish to receive a Class Payment and provide the necessary information by January 21, 2027, you will not receive a Class Payment.
Does submitting a Payment Election guarantee that I will be paid?
No. Submitting a Payment Election tells the Settlement Administrator how you would like to be paid. A confirmation of receipt is not a guarantee of eligibility, payment approval, or successful payment delivery. Payments are made only if the Court grants final approval of the settlement.
When will Class Payments be made?
Class Payments will be distributed to Class Members after the Court grants final approval of the settlement and any objections are overruled with finality. Under the Settlement Agreement, the Settlement Administrator distributes Class Payments within 30 days of the Effective Date.
What if I did not receive a Notice ID and PIN?
Contact the Settlement Administrator. They can tell you whether you are on the Class list and help you submit your Payment Election.
